Watch out for those of you who are new to this site. If you open a store, my listings did not pass over to the next month like they do on E*** so the items get taken off, and you pay for the whole month anyways, then when you try to close your store, another month is added and you can't actually "close " your account until you pay more money!!!!! Watch out, when you want to close your store, do it lightening fast after you have paid your currently due so they can't keep adding to your amount owed. Otherwise you will keep owing more and more and you will never be able to afford to close it. At least with another site, E?*?@ You have a chance to get caught up before deciding to do something else with it. Guess I am not going to bring all my listings over here after all.

Your listings DO carry over month to month depending on how you set them up. You have a lot MORE flexibility regarding how fast you want them to rotate through the listings and for how many renewals.... The "sell your item form" has lots of drop down menus, be sure to check them all out. Karen in customer service is exceptionally easy to work with and answers emails almost instantly when you need help. I am sure if you really want to close your account she would assist you at any time to make sure you are taken care of. No tricks as far as fees or that sort of thing! Really is a simple, friendly and inexpensive place to do business. There are so many great things on the horizon with marketing and other enhancements. I would encourage you to look again and you will see that there is no comparison with E.

Best of luck to you,

Here's a newsbreak for you before it gets the big ~delete~.

Once again, someone questions the ethics of the "extra month" charge we all were charged when we closed.

Karen is on a potty break. Remember the emergency alarm Ray has attached to his ankle to alert him anytime anyone posts anything.

HI TERRY!

Check out this new post on the "What Happened to Terry" thread:

Quote:SouthernFriedSeller   29 Dec 2006 22:44

ahem - the 'other WPper' may have 'left' in her own mind, but I have it on good authority that she was suspended from this site for conduct unbecoming

'nough said

I'm sure Karen will have no trouble letting this "nice, polite, constructive, courteous" post stand, while the one just posted by the unhappy Popper who got charged the extra month after closing his/her store, will be no doubt gone faster than a New York cockroach on fire.

I was. I asked too many legitimate business questions and stated too many facts that were posted on the site. So I guess that was 'ahem conduct unbecoming'  Angel

Alskling, great translation. I am glad to be in the company of some great 'independent thinkers'. And hopefully the number of independent thinkers will continue to grow.
