Another problem with wagglepop that hasn't been discussed. I don't know if this is a glitch, or something that is meant to happen. It seems like it is in their best interest for this glitch to remain, lol. It will not let you end items! I have been trying to end items for several days, and I keep getting error messages, saying I am not the seller of this item. It just took me 20 minutes of logging out and logging back in to convince this stupid system that I was the seller of one item to end! If it takes me 20 minutes to end one item, can you imagine how long it will take me to end all of my items to close my store? :twistedevil:
Do yourself a favor and copy your listings to a folder on your computer. I noticed that when I was there every now and then some of my listings were doubled without me doing it. Yes this is another way of fudging the listing count. Another thing you should do is keep a record of how many listings you have up starting now and subtract what you remove from that number. ***I have seen listings have been added to what I believe is your account today.*** If you make a copy of your listings you will not have to redo all your hard work. Trying to leave WP is a frustration 100% of the time and trust me you are not the only one who has had these problems. let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." Yes, I have had to delete duplicate listings on several occasions.

Ok, what is the deal with karma points. How do we get them? Why do we get them? How do we lose them? A little while ago, I had 8. Now I have 6.

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
It appears we have a KARMA gremlin in the midst. I have purposely NOT been posting and still my karma points are being deleted. The only explanation is that one of the members is going through the old posts, decided what she/he doesn't like and giving bad karma. Is there some administrative rule against this kind of retaliation? I have NEVER left a negative for anybody, by the way -- not even to WP cheerleaders spamming here.
Edit: Oh, wait. I have another explanation. The karma gremlin is also a member of PSU and every time one of us posts on PSU, that member goes back to this board and deletes a karma point or two or three, or in may case, in looks like at least a dozen. |

Those pesky karma gremlins.
:twistedevil: I haven't given negative karma either to anybody. I will go give karma again to everybody. |

And how do I change this thing on the side that says angelic?
On the home page, click on profile. Then click on forum profile information. There you can change your info that is displayed when you are on the site. To change from angelic, look for Mood. Hope that helps. Need help with anything else, just ask. We are more than happy to help. And if you have questions or comments you don't feel comfortable asking here, you can pm me.

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
I haven't given out any bad karma. I see no reason to give bad/negative karma. If I don't agree with something that is posted, I either ignore it or I comment on it. Seems someone has too much time on his/her hands and is taking away our good karma that was earned from posting great stuff.
I've been giving out karma to help replace the karma that is disappearing from us lately.

Those pesky karma gremlins. :twistedevil: I haven't given negative karma either to anybody. I will go give karma again to everybody.
Thanks, Chiquita. Yesterday, when I turned on the computer I was at 87, I believe, and then suddenly I went down to 79 by midmorning, and then by last night I was at 74. I thought I'd been really bad, and it was just me, then you came on the board and said you had a point deleted, and then Truth came on and said the same. So everybody gave each other rounds, and I got back up to 79. I hadn't posted at all since then, and still lost a point this morning, as did Truth and poor EyesWide lost 2 out of her 8. Has anybody else been keeping track here? |
