I saw the BIN and BuyItNow somewhere in his help section or the User Agreement, or something.  But on a listing page it's the different onebid. It's all very strange and screwy, IMHO.  If it all looked really *up front*, I might give it a chance, provided he could market properly and handle the crowd.  Directly copying a 300-pound gorilla ain't gonna cut it.... :Smile

I also saw it called "Buy It Now" on the page that lists all the selling fees prices.

Wagglepoop is knockoff free.  I searched for 10 well known designer brand names and there were absolutely no knockoffs.  Smile

There were absolutely no items at all when I searched.  Smileytongueout

He's only a few miles away from me, not far at all.  BBH it only takes me 30-40 mins to get down there but I hate driving slow  Wink

Well the thread on the SRG group is 100% positive about WP's re-opening.  Smileykoolaid

NO WAY!  I thought (uh oh) the SRG group was supposed to be loyal eBayers... no matter what!

I have to admit . . . I just don't get it.

I know Ray was before my time, but why would I PAY to list on a brand spankin' new site . . . that comes complete with baggage?

Beth,
I don't know why you wouldn't pay, but I know I don't plan to.  Big Grin

You wont Iron.
Because you are one smart cookie.  Mrgreen

Just keep concentrating on your websites and other venues.

The only reason I list at some other FREE venues is because
MOST seem to be picked up by the searches and if they happen to land on a page
at another venue then they see my website address and go LOOK for other great items
we have at the ole website.

Nothing better than FREE SEO.
Now if this Wag site was doing FREE listings.
I'd be all over it right now.

RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
PS Id did the Google PPC ad thing a few years ago once.

Nadda... zip... squat... results.

I remember thinking then.

"hmmm what's to STOP my competitors or even the company
from having some "click bot"
just keep on clicking on the ads, costing me more in fees
at the end of the month?"

Now we see theses law suits popping up about that same thing I thought.
