Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Good morning !
Funny thread over in the Advanced Selling board - post your picture sort of thing - someone asked that "Karen" post hers, so they can see who is being so helpful - someone else suggested a photo of the whole WP staff be posted. Dead silence, of course, from WP CC. Ray must be off searching those stock photos for a reasonable facsimile of a large office crew. JoJo |

Good morning everyone!
I have to admit to all of you that I am Toy Fads. I do not care who knows anymore. I would like to appologize for some of my previous posts, I have been enlightened since then. I may not agree with all the tactics used here but I got the message loud and clear. I guess I was just really hoping things would work out for WP and was willing to over look some things they pull. Not anymore. I no longer have to spend half my day advertizing, ecrater gets traffic, its free and I have already had sales. Now if I could just find a good auction site alternative I would be all set! Dragon, you really did go out in style...lol |

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
DRAGON,
I'm really impressed. While I composed a good-by announcement that was pulled in 7 seconds, you created a listing THAT EVEN HAD A BID! Now, that's classic. Ray, this one's for you! Brat, glad to see you back. everybody! We're a bunch of irreverant souls here, who pee, chat, spew, and every now and then are able to pass along in-depth analyses of the goings-on at WP. We all know how hard it is to give up on WP, after spending so much of your own time, effort, and energy into trying to make it work. It's like the "Little Engine That Could", except at least that train had an engine. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have to add my bit about Karen's photo. Some time in August, I believe, someone posted on the board wondering if the face on the Home Page was Karen's. Everybody remarked about how attractive the girl was, it must be Karen. And there was this big debate over whether or not it was Karen, and if not, what Karen must look like, etc.. Finally, Karen popped in on the thread and said she was not the person in the photo. So a Popper asked why it wasn't her photo there instead of a model's. Wouldn't that make more sense? Neve a reply. Oh, a photo of the WP staff: Ray wearing a T-shirt that says "delete", his cat doing the bookkeeping in his litter box, and his hamster in an exercise wheel connected to a USB cable plugged into Ray's computer. |

Hi everyone, I am new here. Thank you, TT for letting me in. My mail never would get code. Hi all. Glad to be here. You all know me already, maybe. I am the last to close shop on WP with selling my store. I had one bid. Now she is advertising, in her WP store, her eCrater store. We will see how long this one last. I figure I should go out with style. I have 5 very close friends with whom I chat with on a daily basis. They loved my stunt. WP, however, did not. I am glad I could provide some entertainment. the Dragon [/quote] Gooood morning!!! |

I don't think I can come up with something like Dragon did though. That's a tough act to follow. I noticed your store with the eCrater ad is still there this morning. Right now what's keeping me there is a curiosity factor and the way they do the billing. Might as well use up the time I'm paying for. Your right about eCrater more traffic and it's free. Hope you find that auction alternative. |
