RE: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
A while back I posted in a thread at Pop Land that I had only purchased one item. I explained that the reason I had only bought one item was because I either couldn't find what I was looking for, or that I could buy it cheaper somewhere else. The responses that I got floored me. I was told by one seller that the best way to find what I wanted was to start a thread and to list what I was looking for. That way other sellers could search their inventory and list what I was looking for. I was also told that maybe I would be better off buying the things I wanted from my local store since it was apparent that I was looking for new items and it would be cheaper in stores.
I didn't go into detail what I was looking for, whether it was new or not, whether it was clothing, toys, games, etc. I also didn't realize that the best way to find something at an online selling site was to list what I wanted, then wait to see if a seller had the item in their inventory.

Alskling,
Contact us through the website with a link to your store/auctions/website/whatever and we will advertse for you for free. Please include any pics/logos that you would want to be advertised. let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name..." p.s. we are a comparison site something that ka/ray don't want to be involved in because then they would be drawing traffic the right way instead of spamming. |

I'm probably one of the lurkers you see on regularly. I usually don't sign in because I'm just reading.

No need for a rescue party - I have no intentions of selling there. I saw enough in my lurking when WP1 was going on to know better.

It's loading real slow for me too. I closed my browser, cleared my cache and reopened my browser to see if it would help....it didn't

[/quote] Couldn't find a direct link through the web site, but did find an email support contact, so sent an email with a link to the about me and to my eBay store. I received an email saying my support request would be answered within 24 hours. Did I do it right? Or should I have done something else? |
