Re: 30.7% of Wagglepop Auction Sellers Close Their Stores and Leave

STORE COUNT      651
Those 5 store closings overnight pushed the closed store figure over 30%. 651 open, 288 closed (-30.7%).
Using Karens estimate of 10 new stores for every 15 that close, the actual store closings since the peak of 939 might be 437(46% closing rate). Update: After looking it again, it appears to reach 651 stores from 939 with 10 gained for ever 15 loss, you would need about 850 stores to close or am I missing something. Of course the 10 new for every 15 closures figure was mostly likely made up.
The 3-2 ratio was raythink to justify people leaving or closing there stores. It was only idiot talk with spewing from his mouth at the time. The fact is there are more people leaving the site than he would like so tried to justify it with a statement like the 3-2 ratio being a good thing. let the truth be told u1it4less - "it's all in the name.." NEH,
Well said, and my sentiments EXACTLY. I never cheered, however, because I only give credit when CREDIT HAS BEEN EARNED. WP never earned praise from me. The hypocricy and selective enforcement of the rules, along with arbitrary censorship, purposeful avoidance of honest BUSINESS questions, and more are reasons why WP IS NOT A BUSINESS VENUE and totally unprofessional in every way. It is a police state and a cult run by a dictator -- period. It will self-destruct by the weight of its founder's inflated ego and restrictive control. WP is a joke. Ray is a joke. The whole concept of creating an exclusionary, incestuous, e-commerce venue is a joke. I, too, used Abe Lincoln's notable adage in a post here. |

For you Chiquita!!
I Write the Rules Ive been around forever, And I broke the very first rule. I said some words on ebay and they were bad, I am Raybil, And I write the rules. I write the rules that make the poppers sing. I write the rules of posts and other things. I write the rules that make the poppers cry. I write the rules, I write the rules. The truth is hidden from you, And Ive taken over your soul. Now, when I look at your ranting posts, Im mad at you again, because you have been told. Chorus Oh my rules stop your dance And stops your spirit from takin a chance, I wrote a farewell thread for those who move. Rules squish your heart, Well, thats a real fine place to start. Its from me its for you, Its from me, its from me, Its sightwide apathy. Chorus I am Raybil, and I write the rules.
Good bye all
Enjoy your freedom Use it well |

Wow, I wonder if they actually got My WP fixed to do the same :blinkie: I would think that would be a bigger priority, but we are talking Raybil here!!!
Nope, its still the same. I am sure the development/engineering department is working on it.

Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
When I was a cheerleader, it was at the very start, when I knew no better and hoped!..like the ones that are being "sucked in" now. I just threw listings on there repeats nothing new as after a little while I realized something was not right and mainly to use up the 9.99 I was paying.
Of course like so many others here, I paid a little attention one day then asked some questions re:feedback..and the lines of it on certain sellers names..obvious now whats been going on. Then was met with adversity. Anyway, I did a google...try it..go google.com....click on Maps..and put Karin-del-Ray's address...can get from the policy page...then do a sattilite...zoom in...the HOUSE he works out of is not even there YET OR COULD BE SO SMALL IT IS NOT SHOWING...since the satilitte was done...but obviously a street like anyone's elses.. I might hire the good year blimp with a flying sign to float above him/her with a sign "WAGGLE THIS"... |
