Re: Wagglepop 2: Deja Vu as Auction Site That Left Sellers Stranded Reopens
Hey, remember our friend Power Seller?
The last time she came on this board, she bragged about how big she was on eBay -- silver, etc. Well, her sales were nil (can't get silver that way) and when I checked FB, I saw the she was more of a buyer not a seller. So, now she comes on PSU bragging about all her sales on WP, blah, blah. I figured that same situation there and discovered AGAIN she is a buyer, not a seller, except EVEN MORE SO on WP. This was my polite and courteous post: Quote:As an aside, Angel shows WP 16 sales since July (all to other WP sellers). Her buying activity to sales activity is outdistanced by 3-1. She is not a seller, she is a buyer. This is her polite and courteous reply: Quote:YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SLIGHTEST CLUE ABOUT MY WP SELLING ACTIVITY, SO STOP POSTING LIES ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE AND MIND YOUR OWN F!@#$%^ BUSINESS!!!!! It's your choice if you want to continue to continue to post lies about the Wagglepop site, but do NOT continue to involve me in your gargage! Edited because I forgot she said "silver" not "bronze". She then went on to explain what a "silver" seller was. |

Alskling,
one post later by PS Quote:Excuse me, but I have take a break from this forum now to ship all of my 'non-existent' sales. You would think after the extended post office holiday that shipping would have been her first priority today. I could be wrong, but wouldn't it be copyright infringement to scan a wallpaper border and use it as the background for your store logo? I mean, if it was a non-profit use, I could see it, but for commercial use I would think it would be a no-no.
See eBay Auction #7753616233 and compare to a certain logo we've seen a lot of. I'm a dumb seller who couldn't make it on Wagglepop though, so I really don't know. I'm just sayin'....

If copyright was an issue for example you couldn't use all the cartoon characters, etc that people use for avatars all over the net. They aren't selling them though. |

Normally it will have a copyright on the roll itself. Also, notice she says "I HAVE 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM BUYERS (and sadly one undeserved retaliatory neg. from a very unscrupulous seller)." Very kind, polite, constructive and respectful of you to point that out. |
