Buyer's Revenge "The broken laptop I sold on eBay"
Quote:The story (apparently) goes like this. Amir sells his laptop to a guy in the Uk on EBAY for about R4500. The guy that bought the laptop had to wait for two months before it arrived despite paying for it when he was supposed to. When he finally got it, it wasn't what he had been promised - in fact it was a broken laptop - and he was highly annoyed. full article: http://www.represent.co.za/represent/ind...ost_id=658 "The broken laptop I sold on eBay" blog: http://amirtofangsazan.blogspot.com/ Quote:I think i might coin a phrase: |

Re: Buyer's Revenge "The broken laptop I sold on eBay"
Good for him! I'm all for the public humiliation -- and the statement that if he refunds the money, the page disappears... He got what he deserved, IMHO.

Re: Buyer's Revenge "The broken laptop I sold on eBay"
That is hillarious. But, I do have to admit, I am very curious as to will happen when the seller sees the page and his pictures posted on the internet without his permission (should be interesting).

Quote:Amir, an 18-year-old A-Level student from Barnet, North London, said his life had been made a 'living hell' since the website was published and announced he was going to sue for libel. Oh boo-hoo, cry me a river....NOT! Does he really think people will feel sorry for him after he sells a laptop and left porno on it for the new owner to see? What did he expect? He got exactly what he deserved for that stunt. |
