The Return of BidPay

On March 3, 2006, CyberSource Corporation purchased all the outstanding stock of BidPay.com, Inc. from First Data Corporation. CyberSource was informed about your privacy elections in connection with that purchase and is contractually required to honor those elections consistent with BidPay's privacy policies and applicable law.

BidPay was shut down on December 30, 2005 and, to the best of CyberSource's knowledge, all pending transactions through December 30, 2005 were processed. BidPay is NOT YET IN OPERATION, but we hope to re-launch the service sometime this summer....
