Can you imagine how more flubbed up eBay would be if there was no fear of being sued for misusing data?

What she is really trying to do is to prevent sellers from filing class action suits because she knows that eBay is guilty of misusing data along with a whole lot of other sleezy business practices that they deserve to get sued over.
