CyberSource question for Maggie

Are you using CyberSource Essentials Plus or CyberSource Advanced?  How is CyberSource's reliability and support?

I'm considering switching from Authorize.net to CyberSource Advanced because I calculated it would lower my monthly processing fees despite its higher monthly minimum, and the support for bank transfers and direct debit would open new doors in Europe.

Are these fees still in effect?

I'm an Essentials Plus girl until I hit the 4,000 monthly transaction level where it'll pay to switch.  I'm only half way there. 

The reliability and support is similar to Verisign.  I haven't had any problems since moving to Cyber.
