    Inactive Accounts    75.8  (Q1)  84.2 (Q2)

Net change Q1 to Q2: active users grew by 0.3 million while inactive users grew by 8.4 million

That's what they said the first time they raised fees to 8%.  This new fee hike is nothing but a punishment for all the sellers who refused to throw away their hard-earned money via high listing fees over and over and over again.  Ebay's sellers are being punished like little babies, and Meg and Cobb are saying at the same time: 'we hope you've learned your lesson, now, and will behave properly by wasting your time and money with auctions.  Now, be good little boys and girls and close your stores and list your auctions!''
