I was one of the last ones excused.
As far as being questioned... it didn't matter what a person's answers were. The judge always finished up with "Do you think you will be able to be impartial?" In my case, the more a a potential juror talked, the faster they were excused. When my hubby went, the more a person talked... the better their odds were for being picked. It would have been a great experience IF the court was closer to my home and not in scary, one way streets, everything under construction downtown Phoenix! |
