eBid to intro 5 new country sites: Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and France

eBid to add 5 new country sites for Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and France.  The sites haven't been translated into their native languages yet, but users from these countries can begin  registering through the sites.  Native language support to be added soon.

We have been developing our translation system over the past 6 months to allow us to accurately keep all the eBid sites constantly updated when changes are made. This is now ready and we would like to thanks all the individuals who have contacted us in reference to these positions. We now have enough candidates and will be making contact with individuals very shortly.
