I meant to say he ASKED for a refund via PayPal.

Okay, I didn't imagine it.

At one point the customer states, "Would you be so kind to credit me through eBay's PayPal, please?"

Later, he says,
"Also, I do not have a Paypal account so you are mistaken about giving me credit."

I don't personally care for Jay And Marie from their days of them BS-ing on the Stores Board, but if a person is going to make a stink...

edited to add: There is also the possibility that my head is stuck up my asp and I'm missing something.
