Google Base Question; Hits & Views
I'm not sure if this is in the right site section, so feel free to move.

I've recently begun listing items with GoogleBase and have done three separate batches of products, on three different days.

I noticed the first batch I listed started getting hits and views (even clicks) quickly, within the first 24 hours. The second batch got hits and views within a couple of days. The third batch still has all items with a flat 0000 on everything, hits, views, clicks, etc--and it's been a week.

The products are very similar.

Anyone have any idea what's going on? Did one batch screw up maybe?

Re: Google Base Question; Hits & Views
I went and checked my hits on Google base for items that have been there for months.
(I found a way to make them stay Up for ever)

Very few hits at all.
Maybe my "stay Up for ever" thing made the bots made at me? :-[

Maybe I should go and re do them.

WHy did they remove the search box???? You're right. I checked the items that had racked up some hits. Not many new ones. They racked up hits TWO weeks ago.

Maybe it's not worth even adding more items now???

ANy ideas if they're ever going to put that search box back? I'm not wasting any more time on it until it's back.

Never mind. I'm dumb:

I'd still add them. They'll show up in Froogle and will be listed when Google starts including Google Base product listings in regular Google search results.
