WTH is rhino9? My firewall is blocking thousands of packets from this. I googled it - is it some sort of hacking software?

someone is trying to exploit a flaw that exists in some older windows PCs by scanning ports on your PC to gain access

 So if I have XP I'm okay? But if I still use my old computer sometimes (with windows '98 on it) that could be a problem if it shows up on there? |

Go back to dialup. It will eliminate the problem.
