Posterboy replaced Brandon "I sold $8 million on eBay and spent $9.5 million doing it" Dupsky as a PeSA director after Sell2All filed Chapter 7 earlier this year.  Sell2All had a similarly abysmal feedback record (and then there was that little thing with Sell2All and the Overstock Spamathon Contest when O first opened.)

That's quite a track record they've got.

eBay does have a level playing field. : His adamhersh ID isn't selling on Express.  He's using the adamhershexpress ID on express: FB 9,791; 242 negatives ; 13,660 total feedback (almost all in the last 6 months since express opened).  He still has a powerseller icon but the FB rating is at 97.6%.  It'll be interesting to see if eBay boots this ID from Express when he loses PS status.

I wonder how many other large volume sellers with FB below 98% created second IDs to get around the Express qualifications?

Don't forget, Amy... sleazebay skews the PowerSeller figures to INCLUDE ALL positives... not just uniques like the rest of us have to rely on.

Using the ebay power seller formula, they're still way shy of losing their PS status, too... what a crock.

Anyone remember when in order "to be a power seller", a seller must have a "satisfaction guarantee"?

That lasted what? ... a year? ... before they changed the wording to accomodate "all sales final" sellers.
