everyone on that place is basically offshore designer's that work for practically nothing.  Half of them have horrible english, and they work for practically free.

I did not win the project, it is hard to compete with people that will do work for what I consider to be about 1-5 dollars per hour....

Now I remember why I didn't sign up on those free lance sites. Two other posters said the same thing several months ago.
