BBH - How to Trash eBay Store's SEO????
Previous quote from BBH:
Quote:We're only using eBay to steal eBay customers Smiley so we did turn off the eBay RSS feeds (and we also trashed the ebay store's SEO so web searchers will be more likely to find our web store before they find the ebay store) BUT... I am situated pretty well in the search engines now . How do I "trash the eBay store's SEO" so as not to compete with myself??? Kim |

Re: BBH - How to Trash eBay Store's SEO????
Change the search engine keywords to something unrelaed to what you're selling. If you really want to trash it you can change (or remove) the store description, custom pages, category names, and your about me page.
The SEO on eBay stores sucks to begin with, so your site should always rank above your eBay Store.
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"
"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site. best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011 |
