PayPal terminates actor Vincent Gallo's account

Quirky actor Vincent Gallo found himself on the wrong side of PayPal after using the online payment service to offer some rather, ahem, intimate merchandise on his personal website.

The Buffalo 66 star says he's used PayPal for years to sell clothing, posters, artwork and jewellery through www.vincentgallo.com.

But recent postings in which the star offers some rather more unexpected services - as a male escort and sperm donor - have resulted in the actor's account with the company being terminated...

A furious Vincent told the New York Post: "They are really fascists. They should breathe some death gas or something.

"For them to say they have some sort of moral regard for their clients is incredible - they're a penny-pinching, conniving company."...

I couldn't find anything in the PayPal user agreement that specifically forbids sperm donor payments.  :twistedevil:  Hope this helps.

PayPal's policy against payments for adult items has nothing to do with morals--the policy is a result of a settlement eBay/PayPal reached in an anti-trust suit filed by Rick's Cabaret (owner of naughtybids).
