eBay UK 10p Listing Day 29 December

For the entire day of Friday 29th December 2006 (local UK time), sellers listing using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats in an eligible category, will pay a reduced 10 pence (£0.10) Insertion Fee per item listed. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details.

When is it?
Friday 29th December 2006 from 00:00:01 GMT until 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period).

What's Included?

    * Only items listed in British Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now and Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats are included.
    * Any item previously scheduled to go live on Friday 29th December will qualify for the promotion.
    * If you re-list an item on Friday 29th December that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the promotion. If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will refund the Insertion Fee at the promotional price of 10 pence.
    * Items listed in the 'Parts & Accessories' sub category of the Cars, Parts & Vehicles category are included.
    * Sellers can list items with any starting price to qualify for the promotion.

Please note: To sell using the Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format sellers must either have 10 or more feedback, or if they have a PayPal account, they need to have 5 or more feedback.

What's Excluded?

    * Items listed in the 'Cars' and 'More Vehicles' sub categories of the Cars, Parts & Vehicles category, apart from the 'Parts & Accessories' sub category (as detailed in the "What's Included?" section above).
    * Items listed in the Property category.
    * Items listed in the 'Mobile Phones with Contract' sub category of the Mobile & Home Phones category.
    * Multiple-Item listings in all formats. This includes both Auction-style (also known as Dutch Auctions) and Fixed Price formats. See the full details about Multiple-Item listings.
    * Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
    * Shops Inventory Format listings. See the full details about listing items in Shops Inventory Format.
    * Any item listed on Friday 29th December 2006 but scheduled to start after the promotion has finished will NOT qualify for the promotion.
    * Items selected by the seller to appear on eBay Express only.
    * Any items listed which do not comply with our Listing Policies or Prohibited Items policies.
    * Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 10 pence. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". Sellers listing using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.

Further Information

    * If the item is listed in 2 categories, the Insertion Fee will be 10 pence times 2 i.e. 20 pence.
    * If the item qualifies for the promotion, the "Sell Your Item" form will indicate to the seller that they have been charged the reduced Insertion Fee of 10 pence.
