Quote:Thanks, Regic. Could this be because I didn't install one of the SSL files?(because I didn't)

No, it's because you generated a csr for domain.com not www.domain.com. SSL's are issued based on the subdomain/domain in the CSR.

Using domain.com as the secure URL instead of www  shouldn't cause any problems.

okay. Thanks! Smile

I have another problem. When I upload the file "xcart4.0.19gold.tgz", I receive a message that the file was uploaded. But it isn't there. :blinkie:

You can't upload it through the file manager because the file is too big.  You need to use FTP.

You should unzip the files before uploading them.

It's a gzip file. Unzipping it with 7-zip is a 2-step process

1. select the tgz file and then select extract files from the right click menu
2. go to the directory where the files were extracted and you'll see a .tar file(s).  select the tar file and then select extract files

EDIT: after unzipping the files you can FTP everything to your site.

Timesaving FTP tip  Big Grin  When you FTP you can select the directory and then upload instead of selecting each file/subdirectory individually

So, you mean just upload it all to www.xxxx.com rather than to www.xxx.com/xcart/, etc.?

If the directory on your PC is named xcart (or if you change its name to xcart) you could do that

Tried the FTP. Can't get it to work. It can't seem to connect with the server. BangHead

In the long and very tedious process of uploading every file one by one, damn it!!!
