Apple Debuts iPhone; Cisco Files Suit

Shortly after, networking company Cisco Systems filed a lawsuit against the firm, claiming that it is infringing on the firms trademark.

Cisco says it obtained the trademark for the name iPhone in 2000 when it acquired Infogear, which has been selling products under that moniker for several years.
