PayPal Survey Outlines Possible New Features

PayPal Buyer Warranty: This feature will enable buyers to purchase additional warranty protection on qualifying items purchased from you through the PayPal checkout process. PayPal will be responsible for managing all warranty processes and fulfillment obligations.

PayPal Buyer Loyalty Program: This feature will enable merchants to offer a loyalty program to customers who pay with PayPal. For example, a merchant will be able to define their own loyalty programs such as "$10 off next purchase, free shipping for orders over $100, or 50% off third purchase". PayPal will manage and track customers repeat purchases in the form of points and/or discounts, which could be applied to a customer's next purchase on the merchant's site...
