Internet auctions sites like eBay have become the place to shop for secondhand items.

Many sites like eBay prohibit the sale of recalled items, but does that rule really work?...

Channel 11 reporter Katrina Owens decided to see just how closely that rule is followed.

After checking the CPSC recall list, she went shopping.

It didn't take long to find the first recalled item--a Plaskool Talkin' Tool Bench...
