More Hacker Problems at eBay
More hacker problems at eBay that started on Friday. It's about time they got off their butts and did something to stop this person. Security is getting worse all the time and more sellers are leaving because of these security issues that ebay is trying to brush under the carpet.

Re: More Hacker Problems at eBay
From the article:
Quote: The latest drama began unfolding Friday afternoon. One user explained that she received an email that said, "Stop saying sh*t stuff about me, a**hole" signed by vladuz. She tried logging in to the eBay discussion boards and received a message that she was suspended due to seller non-performance issues. (She does not sell on eBay.) She said of Vladuz, "I admit I had been less than complimentary about him on the boards." Pardon me for laughing, as I am no fan of Vladuz or any other criminal, but it is rather funny how he is making total FOOLS out of ebay, the sooooooooo unethical auction venue! Karma does bite......... |

Quote:A known hacker who has been harassing eBay since last December used a Google email address on Friday to taunt members who had been critical of his actions. All hackers should die. [/quote] :ditto: can we add credit card thiefs to the 'must die' list too? ;D Quote:This fraudster found very old administrative functions that had not been deactivated several years ago when we changed the security of our internal systems. These functions were still accessible on public servers The admin pages should have been disabled when they changed their systems. : : : translation: hackers/scammers probably have the contact info for all 240 million eBay members.
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"
"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site. best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011 |
