eBay: the place where scum can sell all their unethical products.

That type of software should be illegal for private use, IMO.

Security experts are concerned, because while these products aren't illegal, installing them without authorization to spy on someone else most definitely is.

The software might not be illegal but the eBay listings that are promoting the illegal usage of the software are against eBay policy.
