A report by ACNielsen has found eBay...was the primary source of income for almost 2500 Australians.

The research also revealed almost 7000 people had considered quitting their day job to sell online full time, more than 32,400 regional Australians generated a part-time income selling online and 12,500 stay-at-home mums sold on eBay to supplement the family income.
