Amazon and Barnesandnoble.com were tied for highest customer satisfaction among all ecommerce sites. eBay had the highest customer satisfaction among auction sites but analysts believe as eBay moves further into e-retail it will be forced to meet, and judged by, the loftier standards set by e-retail companies rather than the lower standards of the online auction world.
