Customer Satisfaction with Ecommerce Sites Rises, Amazon, B&N top list

Amazon and Barnesandnoble.com were tied for highest customer satisfaction among all ecommerce sites.Â eBay had the highest customer satisfaction among auction sites but analysts believe as eBay moves further into e-retail it will be forced to meet, and judged by, the loftier standards set by e-retail companies rather than the lower standards of the online auction world.
