Quote:I just not sure if I can justify the AZ shops monthly fee.
Isn't it like 15.00 a month or something?

The only way to get one is to get a ProMerchant subscription for $39.95 monthly.  The monthly fee includes a store, unlimited Amazon Marketplace listings, and up to 40,000 auction listings.
Thanks Amy seems like I read that deal a while back
just couldn't remember the prices.

Glad a lot of you are doing well on the river.
I suspect even more will be flocking over there too from ebay.
So you know what that means. More competition.  :Smile

On a side note here is how long ago it was that I put something up
and sold over there.

I did not have to go through the Amazon merchant thing to get paid.

I simply instructed the buyers to pay via my paypal account.

I don't think you can do that anymore.
PS.
I'm also thinking about expanding my product line to include
accessories that we don't manufacture.

Just been to lazy and busy to look into finding a good source for
the items I have in mind to augment our line.
Amazon OFTEN runs a half price ProMerchant deal for three months.
Amazon isn't perfect, but compared to eBay it is.
I have NEVER purchased from an Amazon auction.  I don't think I have even looked at 'em more than a handful of times.  Either auction items don't show up when searching or I have never searched for anything that was also being offered at auction.

At least you know they have auctions.  I'd bet 90% of Amazon shoppers don't even know.  ;D

Amazon made the auctions Amazon Payments only-- last year(?)
I was using them for SEO only.
That's what I do with any of these sites.

If I get a sale Great but I'm more focused as to
how THEY feed their items to the majors.

Oh... OK thanks, that explains how I could do it before.

You know in a way it is a good thing.

Remember back in the 80's? The best clubs were the exclusive ones.

You know. Had to have a CARD to get in?
Long lines outside to PAY just to see.

Well that type of exclusivity may still be the ticket for any site
that aggregates buyers and sellers.

If your NOT part of the "club" you can't get in.
But people always wonder what is "inside"?
So out of curiosity they WILL sign UP and be proud to show their non
member friends how "they" are like so "exclusive".

It's a good marketing technique and works.  Me thinks...

Glad to see feebay go in the opposite direction.  Toothy9

PS.
I mean for Amazon.
Quote:At least you know they have auctions.  I'd bet 90% of Amazon shoppers don't even know.

10% of Amazon users know about auctions, 0.10% know about zShops....and 0.010% know Amazon has feedback.  Smile
Well that explains why me FB over there is not hire.

I Did sell a few things and I think I'll keep putting a few up now.

Seeing as the shift is in full swing. I believe.

Hope the SEO will help. For 10 cents a plug. I can't go wrong.

Go Amazon....
