Most of our web site (and eBay store) buyers find us through search engines.

Same here BBH, most of my customers are coming from the search engines.  I get a few transplants from ebay and I honestly think thats because its soooo much easier for them to purchase more then 1 item at a time (shopping carts are great).  Most sales on my site are for multiple items, cant say that about ebay
