eBay Customer Service

Over the years I've met numerous folks at eBay. They always seem earnest enough and stress how customers are important to them. And I always come away feeling pretty good about eBay. That is until I return home and hear about the numerous, frustrating problems that both buyers and sellers have just trying to get simple help, answers or an uncanned response from a real person.

Case in point, a collector has recently been suspended for 14 days for selling an item* to a personal friend/fellow collector..
