Both the Sellers board and the Feedback board are boiling over this - The end result is much better exposure for the largest sellers and near zero for everyone else.
It really looks like a LOT of sellers are quitting this time. I have not had a single store sale for the last month. Inertia I guess, but I am inclined to hold out a bit longer. My website has been getting about as many sales as eBay (pre-DSR) but the big off-eBay sales have come through eBay. I think customers trust eBay sellers more than those with a small website, foolish as that may be.
