...sellers still not receiving notice of sales, purchased items still not showing up in the buyers Manager, items still not auto relisting, gallery pictures have gone back to not showing up, slow or no response to sellers' questions via the forum or email, etc. One seller who signed up back in March posed the question "Will they ever get it right?".

Wow!  If they are trying to be like eBay... they are doing a good job of it!

Until you pointed it out I hadn't noticed the similarities between the two sites glitches and lack of customer service.  Laughing7

Re: Problems continue...
BidChaser just emailed this end of auction notice to me a few minutes ago (11/20/2005).

A. The auction ended 15 days ago and they just sent out the closed auction notice today
B.  This item was supposed to be  'relist till sold' and it obviously didn't

Since I rarely look at my account and all of my auctions were 'relist till sold' I thought I had 5 auctions running.  Guess not, they all ended on the 5th.

Apparently they're still working on the problems...

I shouldn't complain about the 10 emails I received.  Other people received 3000 emails, 1200, 600 yesterday.  Laughing7
