All these features the new O Auctions team are implementing or rolling back are about 2 years too late. O was setup to challenge in the auction world, but they royally screwed it up by cancelling subscriptions, the 1.5x MIM fiasco, requiring "O Payments" and their "Trusted Sellers" with the worst feedback on the site. That pretty much killed the chances 2 years ago, and it won't be back. I don't think it would have ever been as big of a deal as eBay, or even Ebid for that matter, but it could have been a nice channel for hobby sellers.
