Re: Atomic Mall's Owner Preaches the Seller to Seller Sales Doctrine
Because the Google cache will flush here are screen shots of AtomicMall's moderator Angelsong777 posting on Powersellers Unite that AtomicMalls' R and C Gifts, a.k.a. buyer111us, buyer123 is "dishonest", "lies" and "insulting".

Tossing legal threats around might impress  children and delusional adults. Most people recognize this behavior as weak and desperate attempt to shut people up.

Re: Atomic Mall's Owner Preaches the Seller to Seller Sales Doctrine
The rinky dink reputation strategy:
Delete as much negative information as possible from Examiner articles and PSU
Block IP's of visitors from TT, including your own members if necessary
Threaten lawsuits without merit to "make us both some money"
Allow one or two members to return without scorn, regardless of how negative your Moderators were toward them
And finally, apologize 'publicly' on the forum for insulting the said member:
Quote:About the old history, I feel that it did not need to be rehashed. I went in and pulled dozens of posts of mine from October 2008 on another forum because, although they were factually correct and relevant to that place and time, they did not need to be used against us now. So I did make an effort to minimize the amount of 'ammunition' available to the members of that certain site who harbor ill-will toward us.
"Listen up Mother****er. Try that bulls*** here and I will hand you and your head in a basket"

Thanks so much for those that were able to pull the ones Alison deleted. I'm not very good with that as you can tell....LOL

I was trying to find where Alison had commented about her great sales, but couldn't find much. She managed to do a lot of cheering without adding much if any to personal sales herself.

Quote: The little folder I've been making for him is coming right along.  A screen grab here, a tracking log there...

Rolex, Coach, and several DVD makers whose trademarks have been infringed by the counterfeiting scumbags who gravitate towards that boinktard's site probably have a larger folder and several dozen screengrabs.  $120 new Coach bags, $175 diamond Rolexes for sale on AM, and boinktard boy does nothing about the fakes because he's busy making threats against anyone who criticizes AM.
[/quote]

And a $130 FAKE ILLEGAL TRADEMARK INFRINGING COUNTERFEIT Rolex which the listing says was listed on July 13th.  3 months ago and Mikey has done nothing. Since Mikey spends his days threatening critics instead of fighting fraud on his site,  I'm forwarding the screen grabs and the knockoff sellers names I've collected this year to the manufacturers so they can deal with it.

News to Mikey: a shark being a concerned citizen and reporting trademark infringements on Atomic Mall isn't something you and your shyster buddy can make a buck off of.  iOffer's owners would be rich if they could sue everyone who had done their civic duty and reported a crime.

POS site owners like Mikey who ignore trademark infringement hurt all sellers.

That explains why people using 1024x768 resolutions had to scroll sideways on a certain rinky dink.  A certain site owner (never a TT member) has a large monitor.  Lol

Here's a link a certain site owner (never a TT member) may be needing from now on http://www.proxy.org .

edited to add: a certain site owner (never a TT member) needs to get a life.  :Smile

So are those all of the times he has visited TT?

OMG....Talk about PARANOIA!

I think there really is some instability issues there. One minute I'm blocked, then not, then yes, then not.

Patch is just egging him on as Patch doesn't like how I make fun of his giddiness over a couple $3 magnet sales. I think I hurt his wittle feewings.

"So I did make an effort to minimize the amount of 'ammunition' available to the members of that certain site who harbor ill-will toward us."

Hiding the truth makes it no less relevant.

If AtomicMall has growth issues, it's not because a small forum in a far corner of cyber space mocks unethical desperate behavior of the owner and members. A few people say out loud what a lot of people think. They're just not making their voices heard.

Saying a thing doesn't make it so  any more than deleting the truth makes it go away.

Perhaps he's an undercover infiltrator from Bonanzoo or a paid Fleebay employee with an agenda  Confusedtolensmiley: and they paid him to make the suggestion knowing full well the negative publicity and exodus of sellers that any venue would experience if it started suing sellers who criticize it.  No seller, with the exception of the lonely hearts club forum cheerleaders,  would be willing to give the site a try after a suit was filed. Re: Atomic Mall's Owner Preaches the Seller to Seller Sales Doctrine
He's a blow hard with a skewed way of thinking who tries desperately to convince himself that AM is a "big deal" because to admit otherwise would be to admit his mistake. That's what it's all about for Patch - being right, and he'll do or say anything to convince himself and others... Things like becoming an Examiner for the express purpose of promoting AM under the guise of being unbiased toward other sites, especially Bonanzle. Bonanzle is the site he knows he should be using, but he can't because he's spewed a volcano's worth of venom their way. His animosity reveals much about him. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that he's the kind of guy that always ends up on the losing team.
