...programs does it take until buyers become completely confused? Big Grin

Overstock apparently added a new type of "trusted" program: Enterprise Trusted Merchant : Smile

. Trusted Merchant, Trusted Seller, Enterprise Trusted Merchant...all with different qualifications (which brings up the questions: are Trusted Sellers less "trustworthy" than Trusted Merchants in the eyes of buyers since the qualifications are lower, and where do Enterprise Trusted Merchants fit into the mix?) Add to that Commerce Rating, Repeat Rating, and Personal Rating...and you get: buyer confusion (especially since many Overstock Auctions buyers are new to online auction buying)
