Hey BBH! (or any other O trusted merchants out there)

Have you noticed an increase in sales since you've started the trusted merchant program?  Do you have any way of knowing if the customer found you through the shopping tab as opposed to the auction tab?

Our June sales on Overstock were so bad that anything would be an improvement  :'(

We applied for the TM program in early June but didn't actually get the TM icons until late June due to a glitch at either  BS or O (they both blamed each other).  Sales have picked up a lot (compared to June) since we became a TM but probably aren't much more than we were doing in March/April/May.

There's no way to tell if buyers find your items through the shopping tab--although I do like doing a search on the shopping tab and seeing my items.  ;D
