This week's top domain name sales included Recycling.com $300,000 (Sedo), ProShop.com (private sale), Blogster.com (private sale), LionsGate.com $88,000 (Moniker), and Tablet.com $71,000 (SnapNames). Funds.info at 18,750 ($22,247) set a new 2005 high price for a .info TLD sale.

Prices on the "alternative" TLDs are getting out of hand. $22,000 for a .info name? :
 It will probably take the average web surfer 3 tries to even find the site...first they'll type in .com by mistake, then try .net
