I'd email back and tell them that you've got multiple personality disorder and Tourette's, and by punishing you for what you can't control naturally, they're violating your rights as a disabled person.  Who knows you might make someone there feel like a tool, at least.

If eBay put as much effort into fixing glitches and fighting fraud/other crimes on its site as it does in moderating its boards it might actually be a better place to buy and sell...but they don't
