Online auctions get under way in Bangladesh with launch of 2 auction sites

Two Bangladesh websites, clickbd.com and dhakashop.com, have claimed that their online auction services have attracted thousands of new internet users from all over the country.

While dhakashop.com has drawn 3,000 registered users since the site's launch in January 2005, clickbd.com boasts 10,000 registered users since April 2005.
