eBay and WIPO Domain Name Decisions: EbayStores.com, GayEbay.com and more

A list of cases and summaries of decisions in cases eBay has brought before WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) regarding domain names it claimed infringed upon its trademarks. Also included in the case list are infringing domain names which were for auction on eBay including juliaroberts.com, and others. 288 decisions and summaries total. Domains included ebaystores.com, ebaylive.com, gayebay.com, and 285 others.
