Re: Ethical in Deep Financial DooDoo, Will Keymaker Ben Lose Ability to Use His Tool
eBay spokesperson Hani Durzy said eBay did not shut down Ethical's tool, it still has access to the API and is a member of the eBay Developers Program. Durzy said eBay would not comment on any communications it has had with the vendor, nor comment on any invoicing issues.

Re: Ethical in Deep Financial DooDoo, Will Keymaker Ben Lose Ability to Use His Tool
"One seller who was using Ethical's sell-through tool wrote to say he lost nearly $2000 in eBay fees due to the ongoing outage, which started late on March 14 and resulted in his auctions failing to extend. He said he has not heard from the company and said the main office number had been disconnected..."

It looks like they're trying to raise some money for server parts by selling some more beer cans:

Re: Ethical in Deep Financial DooDoo, Will Keymaker Ben Lose Ability to Use His Tool
9 days later is it safe to say that both Ethical and "The Tool" aren't coming back? Is it safe to say Ben's personal meeting with Bill Cobb pleading for the tool not to be banned was a waste of his time? Is it safe to say that kitty litter box seller/PeSA/Voices Ethical cheerleader DebNPoo was an idiot for cheerleading for this company (and an even bigger idiot for his whiny Jay-like posting as to why the playing field should be tilted in favor of him)? Is it safe to say that PeSA members who have lost money as a result of Ethical's meltdown should be pissed at both Ben and DebNPoo for leading them down the wrong path?
I think it is safe to say yes to all of those questions.
