Overstock Listings Nosedive From 300K+ to Below 200K
Overstock listings are tumbling on the last day of the "accidental" unlimited free listings promo that some sellers received. Listings in the Art Category are down to 4,400 from 46,000. Listings in the Toy category are way way down to 1,200 :blinkie: and over 20% of those listings belong to some leather clad bears :twistedevil:

Below 190,000 now
*smiling because now that the poster seller with 85,000 listings has pulled most of his items we can finally list some stuff in the art category that we've had sitting around for months...and buyers might actually be able to find it*

Total O listings 185,000. AH is down to 5,700 from his tops of 85,000 listings. 3,600 out of the 4,900 listings in the Art category are his.

Now under 160K. What are the odds of it staying above 100K when the Marketworks free listing promo ends on 9/30?

Zero. Looks like they will have to extend the free listings again. [/quote] That would be nice. Listings in early January just before they started the promos had fallen below 25,000 and they've managed to drive away a large number of smaller sellers since then, so I think they'll have to offer something after 9/30...especially now that Yahoo is completely free.
