Re: Why is he still on ebay?
Maybe your little buddy is in BIG trouble financially.
The whole "trade off" to sell for less for the shear sake of volume catches up to every company big or small. Sure it helps with cash flow but at some point usually after really looking at the bottom line one has to curb this "trade off" behavior or risk unacceptable losses. The costs to do business are on the rise and may be a factor for this seller and the whole profit loss thing is catching up with them. Just giving it away is not a "successful" long term business model.

Overstock has this really neat feature that lets you view only negatives
http://auctions.overstock.com/cgi-bin/au...E=AUCTFDBK&USRID=8150961&TAB=NEGATIVE&SORT=8
"Well, Jay was so giddy that someone named Jay was involved with this site we posted our first non-eBay listing in 3 years here at Lunarbid (we tried two items at Yahoo once upon a time, they bombed)" -Marie posting in a LunarBid thread at OTWA in 2005 wins the award for 'most moronic reason ever given for choosing a venue"
"thanks twat u must have nothing better 2 do. do u talk to all your members like that. will not be recomending your site. best way to put it is TULIPTOOLS.COM IS REALLY SHIT. DONT JOIN." -pubescent owner of rinky dink off2auction.com in 2011 |

Never received it. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had on any auction site. A total nightmare...
And eBay still counts poster boy proudly among ITS sellers . . . . |

Re: Why is he still on ebay?
eBay should be ashamed.
They aren't, but they should be. (Of course poster boy should be ashamed as well.) |
