Is Yahoo Updating Their Index Again?

Yahoo appears to be updating their index and they forgot to tell me.  We had large gains in the number of pages indexed of a few of our sites overnight:

site 1 from 60,000 to 190,542 pages indexed (13,601 incoming links)
site 2 from 49,000 to 214,267 pages (90,656 incoming links)
site 3 from 38,000 to 106,458 pages (58,960 incoming links)
TulipTools from 300 to 513 pages (9,875 incoming links)

Nada on any of the search engine forums about Yahoo.  They only speak Google. 

The search box on Yahoo's home page is giving different numbers for incoming links than the Site Explorer search box, but total indexed pages are roughly the same.  The Yahoo home page gives 7,090 incoming for TT compared to 9,875 on Yahoo Site Explorer.  The 2 different numbers look to me like there's an update in progress.
