Santa's in Big Trouble! Amazon gets Patent for "Coordinating delivery of a gift"
Santa Claus is likely to be on the receiving end of a patent infringement suit thanks to the 's at the USPTO who granted Jeff Bezos and Amazon a patent for "Coordinating delivery of a gift" on February 28th. :

The European Patent Office has revoked this patent in the EU:
