Express will get even MORE exciting when people think they are getting something BRAND NEW and then don't.

I know, they could read the listing... but eBay really should get rid of the "everything is new" type of advertising. 

I'm going to have to switch to fat free popcorn.

And what about the folks who list something as "new" so it shows up in the default  Express search . . . when it's not.  I've seen clothing before listed as NEW in the item description and then they seller says it's only been worn and washed once.  And books listed as NEW where the seller says it's only been read once.
